1. Definitions

pro77 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification at any time and may request supporting documentation including bank statements, proof of income, or other financial records.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction; higher limits available for VIP tier 2+ members.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). VIP members receive priority processing under 6 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in the same name as your pro77 account.

4.2 Verification Requirements (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, pro77 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct
